Choose a full-hookup site or a simpler water-only site, tucked under the oaks with chaparral ridges all around. Our rates are flexible — daily, weekly and monthly stays are all welcome, and many of our neighbors liked the mountain so much they never left.

The monthly life
A community, not just a campground
Monthly full-hookup sites start at $949/month plus electricity & propane, with a security deposit equal to one month’s rent. You get the whole park with it — the pool, the clubhouse and its stone fireplace, the trails, and a candy store at the end of your street.
